All playlists disappeared from my iPhone, but eveything is fine on my computer.

Two days ago when I was listening to my music it just stoped playing in the middle of a song. When I was gonna restart the song all playlists, even tho i was in offline mode, was gone.

Now I can't find a way to get them back. What should I do?

The same thing has happened on my girlfriend's phone. 2 days ago it was fine, yesterday every playlist dissappeared.

I have deleted and re-installed the app on her phone - nothing.

When I connect her phone to my PC and open the Spotify desktop app it shows 3 icons (that should be playlists) under her device; Local Files, Starred, and one nameless one.

No matter what I try I cannot get any of the playlists to re-sync with her phone.

I really wish Spotify had actual support instead of relying on the community to find solutions to its constant bugs - this is the 2nd issue I've had in a month that has had numerous forum posts dating back over a year - but there's still no solution!

I really wish I could enjoy Spotify but it keeps **bleep**ing up andthey don't seem to care about FIXING any of the problems.
