OMGGGGG first my Starred list deleted all 1,000 songs and nowLL of my music is gone. I am freaking out. Someone help!!!

I've had the same problem today 😞 it kept crashing when I was trying to sync my playlists to offline then now when I log in, all my playlists have gone! Help!
