All songs available offline is not working

All songs available offline is not working

I have tried to do this on my iPhone but it won't work for me. I have put all the music I want to have offline in one folder. When I click on that folder, then click on all songs, I click on the available offline button. Dots goes green but nothing happens. If I scroll down the page, then back up the button goes back to black.I do have other folders within this folder. Is anyone able to help? I would love to have my folder available offline.

Is there anyone at all out there anywhere that is able to help me... or have any advice??  I'm really stuck.

Hey! Sorry nobody has replied yet.

I just tried to do what you described and I am getting the same result. This seems to be a bug in the app.

What you can do as a work around is to go into every playlist inside of the folder and tap on "available offline" at the top

Doing that will make sure that all of the songs in that folder are available offline. So basically it's just a different way of doing the same thing you are trying to do.

I think Im having a similar problem, I cant listen to my playlist from my ipod touch, spotify keeps saying im offline when i have a wifi connection.  I was informed that spotify free users have 10 hrs of listening time per month.  I have not been able to hear my playlists either.  Help us please.

Thank you for taking the time to get back to me.  And thanks for your solution.  However, this is what I was trying to aviod as I have a lot of playlists and it will take an aaaagggggeeeeee.

Plus, I have tried this before and then when I went to the filter and asked to only show songs that I have made offline, rather than just showing my folder, it shows every single individual playlist sepearley.  In the past, it has just shown the folder.

(my situation is I could not open my app a few weeks ago so I can to uninstal in from my phone, then I downloaded another app... and things have all turned to custard since then).

Are there plans in the works for this bug to be fixed, do you know?

What I was informed of what to do was this:  I had to reinstall spotify.  From my ipod, I tapped on the spotify icon and held it until it shook, then a message said it will delete spotify and all data related to it, then I reinstalled it.  Worked like a charm for me thanks to support specialist Johanna.
