An Error Occured- tried heaps, it’s my phone but I have no idea what to do

I’ve tried restarting, reinstalling (dunno how to get rid of cache data though) tried with and without wifi, getting rid of offline devices, logging in and out. Spotify isn’t working on my phone but is working on my partners phone.

spotify: up to date

device- iPhone 7 version 11.1.2

Hope you are doing great!

You said that you were on iOS 11.1.2 which isn't the latest version of it. I recommend you to upgrade to the latest version which currently is 11.4, then see how it goes.
