App has mind of its own

App has mind of its own

I have an iPhone X that I just bought in July. It is on the newest ios. I deleted and redownloaded the Spotify app. It constantly pauses, skips, fast forwards or just doesn’t play. Whatever it wants. It was only when I was walking for about a week...Now it’s WHENEVER/RANDOM. It is not my apple headphones. It is also not my beats headphones. I have a premium subscription please fix this ASAP! My commute is suffering. Thank you!!

I'd recommend performing a password reset and using the Sign Out Everywhere, Remove Offline devices from your Spotify account page

Hmm...Maybe it’s a glitch?

 

Have you gone to your phone provider about it? (Verizon, AT&T, etc.)

 

Maybe they could help if no one else can? That’s my best guess 🤷🏻‍♀️
