App on New iPhone shows 48 hour trial

App on New iPhone shows 48 hour trial

I just replaced my  faulty iphone 5, and after installing and logging into the Spotify app, I receive the message that I have 48 hours remaining of my trial. I am a premium user, and I can still access my playlists etc.

 

Will I lose service after the trial countdown expires?

 

The service is still working fine on my iPad and laptop.

Try logging out then back in, making sure you're using the same method as on your other devices.

Thanks - I've logged off/on, and reset the password to ensure I'm entering it correctly. It's working fine across my other devices. Still no success.

It sounds like you created a second account but it may be something at spotify's end. To be on the safe side, I suggest you submit an online contact form and someone at Spotify will look into this for you. If you get an automated reply, make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply) and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.

Will see if a re-install works. If not, I'll try your suggestion above and post results.
