App will not display songs or artist name

This app will not display the song or artist name when I use the app via Bluetooth in my car. This started on October 12, 2017. I also can’t skip the song on my car’s control. When I am just using the app with head phones it won’t let me increase the volume using the buttons on the apple headphones. I have an iPhone 7. Is was listening to the app on my Bluetooth headphones and it just crashed and shut my phone off. I could not turn my phone on for a few minutes.
