App won’t download

Issue:

Hi! I previously had the app on my iPhone 7 and it undownloaded (probably to save space). I tried multiple times but the app would quit at the installing phase. I tried to delete the app and redownload from the App Store but then it didn’t even show up on the App Store! I was able to find it by googling and clicking the link to redirect to App Store however, there is no option to download it onto my phone. I haven’t upgraded to iOS 14.0 since I have no space left on my phone.

Please help, I need my music!

Could you try restarting your iPhone? If that doesn't help, let me know what happens when you try to download the app from here.

Also, let me know the iOS version installed on your iPhone at the moment (you can find this by going to Settings > General > About), and the amount of storage on your iPhone (you can find this by going to Settings > General > iPhone Storage).
