App won’t open

My Question or Issue

The app won't open, it closes after one second. I've trained deleting the app and redownloading, I've fully turned off my phone and turned it on again, I've even tried changing my region in settings on my phone settings as I saw it was suggested online. 
Have a long flight tomorrow I need music for, help!!
