Apple TV 4K: Spotify pausing after 2 seconds

I have premium subscription

Spotify pausing after 2 seconds on my Apple TV 4K connected to JBL speaker because at the same time Spotify opened on my MacBook Pro (not playing).

When i quit from Spotify on my mac the problem disappears.

All devices have latest versions

Just to confirm, does the desktop app on your Mac start automatically when you start the app in the Apple TV or is it already open?

We'd also like to know if the same happens when playing from your Apple TV to a different device or if only happens when connected to the speaker.

Case is simple.

MacBook connected to JBL speaker and AppleTV connected to JBL via bluetooth

1. When Spotify running on MacBook, Spotify on AppleTV pausing after 1 second

No meter if MacBook closed and nothing playing, Spotify on AppleTV pausing after 1 second

When i close Spotify on MacBook, everything is getting ok.

At the same case YouTube, tv+ works fine
