Audio auto adjusts on call suddenly

So Im on discord calls and Spotify often during work to talk to friends. Before, I could listen to both at the same time and could hear both fine, but suddenly today it started lowering the volume of the podcast/music whenever my friends talked or it detected a little bit of background noise. I’ve went through both Spotify and discord settings but I don’t know enough to know what’s wrong.
