Hey @xxh888,

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

This behavior is expected if you have the "Zoom" setting turned on on your iPhone. If your Home screen icons are magnified, double - tap with three fingers on your device and they'll be small again. This is unrelated to whether the Spotify App is playing in the background or not.

We'd recommend that you check out this article to see more about Zoom setting and how to change it to avoid this in the future.

Hope this helps. If you need anything else, the Community is here for you 🙂

Hey!
thanks for your response. That would make sense if indeed i would have that zoom funtion on. Which i dont.

enlarging the album causing a zoom of home icons seems odd to be “intended behaviour” IMHO

Hey @xxh888,

Thanks for getting back to us.

We've tested this on our end with the Zoom function turned off, but couldn't reproduce the behavior. Can you please make sure that you're running the latest OS and Spotify versions?

Keep us posted.
