Blocking a specific ad

My Question or Issue

There is a specific snickers ad that keeps popping up every time ads come on. It has audio play in 1 ear and also has the sound of someone slurping at one point during it. I get easily annoyed by certain sounds and every time I hear this ad, it makes me want to stop using the app.

There have been suggestions for ad filters years ago and it was never implemented. The thumbs up and thumbs down on ads do nothing as I’ve given the thumbs down to this ad every time I’ve seen it, yet still get it.

Heres some info about the last time I saw this ad, as I saw it was required on another thread:

Thanks for the post.

I know how annoying some ads can be. The best thing to do is to report this ad here along with the requested info. The reports from this thread get passed on to the ads team regularly.

Regarding the option to block specific ads - we don't have any official info if this is something that will be implemented in the future.
