Bought premium, still on free

Bought premium, still on free

My premium expired today, so I bought a new iTunes card (because I always pay through that), and subscribed again to premium through my iTunes subscriptions because it wouldn't let me buy it through the Spotify app. I've redownloaded the app, signed in and out of Spotify and iTunes account numerous times, restarted my phone, and it still says I'm on Free. The money was taken out of my account but still says I'm not premium. any other solutions?

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
