CAN´T CHANGE PROFILE PIC OR PLAYLIST COVER

Hello

I recently upgraded to Premium and when I try tapping on change photo or change image for Profile pic or Playlist nothing happens. Quite upsetting coming from Apple Music...

Did anyone encounter this?

Could you follow the steps outlined here for changing your profile picture and here for the playlist cover?

If that didn't help, could you try restarting your device? If you still can't edit either of them, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

Yeah I'm following the steps and it worked twice now. So it seems kinda random because it was able to change the cover for 2 of my playlists and my pfp but now it won't work again..

Hey, 2 years late but I have encountered this when I’m connected to bluetooth devices (bluetooth speakers, car audio systems). But when I disconnect than everything works fine, idk why spotify glitches out like that. If you still having problems, you can try to clear the cache (in spotify settings under storage).
