Can anyone from Spotify answer this question? HELP!

Hi. In regards to the 3 devices maximum, I have a simple problem. I sold one of my previous devices that had offline content on it. I only have Spotify free. I got a new iPhone and it is my 4th device with Spotify. I can't sync any playlists. every time I switch playlists to available offline, the switch toggles itself back to off. I'm guessing it is because of the number of devices. Is there any way I can deactivate a device to be able to use offline content with Spotify free on a new device?

Also I'm on an iPhone 5, but this problem occured when I was running iOS 6.1.4 and iOS 7 beta 5 

Hi. Just post a request in this thread to have all your devices reset and you should be good to go.
