Can my device play someone elses music? Is my account hacked?

Can my device play someone elses music? Is my account hacked?

Since last week, I'm getting a strange behaviour on my Account running on an iPhone: Suddenly, whilst hearing a music, it changes to a Chinese/Japanese/Korean (idk what language it is) like if someone was using my account, or has hacked it.

I don't know if this is a bug, or (i hope not!) my account has really been hacked.

 

Is this a bug? Anybody else having the same issue?

Is it possible to know who is using my account?
