Can't Cancel "Connect to Facebook"

This does my head in - any help most welcome!

After a period of using Spotify on my iphone i get a message on screen to Connect to Facebook - which I do not wish to do.

There is a cancel button - but it does not work. At this point I cannot access any other controls or menu options within the Spotify app.

My only option is therefore to proceed with connecting to Facebook.

The only thing that seems to resolve this is is I terminate the app and start again - which is very annoying.

Anyone else getting the same issue? Any solutions out there?

Yes me 2 frustration is understatement I have it for free if I can cancel but no option anywhere why?
