Can't access my Spotify wrapped, its January. Help pls!

I would love to see my spotify wrapped and statistics of 2022 but it's not showing on my app. I couldn't see them in December as I was travelling and the app won't let me use spotify after 10 days, not even to see my playlists or anything. How can I see it now?

Tried with spotify.com/wrapped but takes me to a generic playlist.
I've updated the app.
I've tried using the link in bio on their instagram and I get a black screen.
I've tried DM spotify on instagram with same query.

Spotify, if you are reading this: Can you please activate it again? 🙏 It just seems unfair I don’t get to see it only because I was out of country 🙃

I'm sorry to hear about this. First, I'd recommend a clean reinstall of the app following these steps. If this doesn't work, then please check out this page for more information as to why you may not be seeing your Spotify Wrapped as well as submit your feedback.
