Have a brand new IPhone Pro Max 13 & and an Ipad pro 11 and can’t get the free 30” to engage no matter what I try! The Generic response/solution that’s on the internet will not suffice! Been there, done that! I need a real, genuine, and true solution PLEASE! No matter what playlist I choose, if I turn of my device, switch devices, reload app, etc etc, Still nothing!
Help please, as I like to listen to my tunes everyday!

Can you confirm that when ads shows up, do you keep the ad video in focus the whole time?
Note: please make sure that you're not accidentally clicking the "No, thanks" button when prompted to watch the ad.

To keep investigating this issue, would you mind checking if you get this 30 min ad on an Android device using your same account? It would also be great if you can have someone log in with their account on your device - such as a friend or a family member to see if the issue persists. This will help us understand if it's account related or not.
Lastly, include in your next response when was the last time you saw a 30 min ad and if you've recently changed your location or region.

In that case, we'd recommend trying a different account on your same device. If you don't have another account handy, you can create a new one here using a different email address.
If the issue persists in the new account, could you tell us the region or location of your new and old account? This will give us a better look at the issue to help you further.

The ad free 30 minutes is not being reported as a wide-reaching issue but sometimes the specific device setup needs additional fine-tuning to get it working as expected.
