Can't log in

Please someone help, Okay I just started the spotify upgrade thing for the first three months are 99 cents and now I can't log into my iphone or computer and I have changed my password like three times and everytime I try to log in it just says your username or password are wrong and They both aren't.

Make sure you are logging in with your username and not your email address. If you signed up with Facebook then you need to login with your Facebook account.
