Can't login to apps on IPad or iPhone, no problem loging into website

Updated apps, changed PW 3 times, website works fine to login but can't login to iPad or iPhone.
Deleted apps & reinstalled them. No luck w same username & PW from website.

Frustrating....

Hey there,

have you first tried to download the desktop client and login there? And did you sign up through facebook? If so, use your facebook mail address instead of the numeric username. (and if not, do also try to use your mail address as username)
