Can't play music at all

All the musics lists on Spotify are in grey.. can click the music however it would not let me play the song at all. Tried delete the app and reinstall it, tried register a new account, but still no luck. Need some help here please..

Hey @a29967879, are you using a free account or a premium account? If you're on a free account, you can only "shuffle play" music, you won't be able to play music on demand.

Let us know and hopefully we can sort this for you!

I do press the "shuffle play" to play my musics, but nothing happened
I have been using Spotify for over a year and been as a premium user for about 3 months in Australia, I know there's an policy that you can't use it in overseas for over certain amount of days
I'm in Taiwan now and have registered a new account in order to solve this problem. However nothing has changed..
I press shuffle play nothing happened no music no sound or whatsoever..

Unfortunately, shuffle play won't work while in Taiwan. I believe there are some issues with the music rights to allow free accounts to shuffle. Going onto premium should solve the issue.
