Can’t play podcasts suddenly.

It was playing fine the other day at but when I select my podcast the play button is un paused but no progress in the track is made. 

Clean restart done on my phone. 

Reinstalled spotify and cleaned cashe. 

Yes my volume is up. 

iPhone 5 version iOS 12.0

spotify version 8.4.72

 Edit: I can play music just fine. I’m a premium customer also.

First, is this happening with all podcasts, or just a select few?

Also, is this happening when streaming via 3G/WiFi? Does it also happen when you have the podcast(s) downloaded for offline listening?
