Can't stop sponsored recommendations (iOS, family plan)

Solved!

Can't stop sponsored recommendations (iOS, family plan)

Premium Family

USA

iPhone 13 mini

iOS 16.5

App version 8.8.36.571

For the third time now I've been presented with a "New music for you" sponsored recommendation and, for the third time, I've clicked the "What's this?" link and selected that I don't want to see these alerts. And yet something about the setting isn't saving or propagating to the backend and I keep getting them. How do I ensure I stop seeing these?

Eni,

That's wild: that the UX suggests I'd stop receiving notifications but that it, for lack of a better term, "lying". I can only hope it's an development oversight that the setting isn't wired up properly. I upvoted the suggestion you mentioned. Thank you!
