Can’t use app

Can’t use app

So I have just signed up again so I can use on my mobile. Surprise it will download but not open the app. I have deleted and reinstalled 5 times but still no. 

can anyone help me please. Otherwise I will cancel subscription with disappointment.

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome. 

 

In this case, we'd like to gather some additional info. Would you mind sending us the make/model and OS of the affected mobile device along with the Spotify version you have currently available on the App Store?

 

On another note, is this happening over WiFi? 3G/4G? Both? Do you notice any difference if you switch the internet red you're using? It'd be awesome if you could check.

 

Lastly, are you able to access the web player on the affected device? If you're not sure, it'd be awesome if you could check and let us know.
