Cannot delete a playlist

My Question or Issue:

I followed a Spotify playlist called Echoes of Vietnam. Something happened with the playlist and it won’t let me unfollow it. In fact, none of the songs on that playlist show up either. Just curious what I should do.

Could you try to unfollow that playlist on a different device?
