Hello,
i have a problem to download playlists on my iphone to listen them offline.
When i want to download the playlist, there will come the black arrow, but they never get green. If i change spotify to offline, it is not possible to listen the playlist.
I´ve used the newest IOS version on my iphone and also the newest Spotify App.
Notice, on my Android mobile, the spotify app works correctly ani can listen the songs offline. I´m using on both devices the same account.
Maybe some of you can help me..
Best Regards
Hi there! The best course of action here would be to try a clean reinstallation of the application.
Give this a shot and let us know if it works. Cheers!

Hey,
to reinstall did not fix the problem.... do you have another advice for me?
best regards
I believe Spotify's official response to this issue is:
"The developers are aware of the problem and do not intend to fix it in any future update."
It may just be dumb luck, but over time, those pesky blacked out songs synced to my iphone somehow at some time.
Other than coming to grips with the harsh reality of your situation, make sure that your tracks do not have special characters anywhere in the album name, artist, or song name.
Hey there guys!
This isn't the official Spotify support system. If you need to escalate to the actual Spotify team, I recommend using the link below. All users here other than those with a Spotify Name are volunteers.
They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.
Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email.
Cheers!
