Cannot "share" songs anymore

Hi.

The sharing features on my spotify app for IOs has been dissabled, so I cannot click on the share options to send individual songs through whatsapp.

Any ideas?

Hey @Carniz! Help's at hand.

On iOS, you should see the options to share via Messages, WhatsApp, Messenger, Facebook, Twitter, and the ability to Copy Link.

You should be redirected to WhatsApp immediately after selecting the option, and then see the WhatsApp dropown menu of contacts to send to. 

Check you're on the latest iOS version by going to your device's Settings > General > Software Updates. Then, reinstall the app by following these steps.

If you're still experiencing this, could you let us know:

1. Are you seeing a specific error message when selecting WhatsApp?
2. Do other sharing options work for you on this device?
3. What's the exact model of iPhone, iOS version, and app version?
4. Does this happen when trying to share over WiFi, 4G, or both?
5. Does this happen when trying to share specific albums/songs, or all Spotify content?
6. Can you share successfully from your account on other devices?
