Cant logged in as premium

Since yesterday our spotify account keeps telling us we are free members. This isnt possible because we are premium members with a family account and the monthly contribution is successfull payed from our bankaccount. Why is this happening? Log out and login again does not help.

You will need to re-invite your family members, it should work after that.

To invite someone to join one of the allotted subaccounts in your plan:

1. Go to your account page.
2. Click MANAGE.
3. Click on an available Empty Slot.
4. Click INVITE MEMBER BY LINK or enter the e-mail of the person you want to invite. ClickSEND INVITE.
