Canvas isn't working

I tried everything, on my main account canvas doesn't work, but on other accounts it does

If you've already made sure that you're running the latest app version and still can't see the Canvas feature, it's possible that it's not available in your country.

My canvas is not working for some reason but im pretty sure i open everything that can do that but still didn't work

I turned off data saver and it's said to turn off stream audio only but there's no option like this in the settings
