Certain songs won't play when I select them, but will play if shuffled to or when scrolling to them

On the Spotify app on my iPhone, and like the title says, with certain songs (all songs I manually added through iTunes local sync) they will not play when specifically selected from my library, but will play just fine if they are already queued. This has been very frustrating for me recently, so any help will be much appreciated. Thank you!
