Chromecast device not showing up on iphone in spotify app. Beoplay A9 2nd gen.

Device Beoplay A9 2nd gen. Using ios 9.3.5 on iphone 6s. Premium spotify accunt.

Chromecast is enabled on the A9 speaker. I can cast to it from the tunein radio app on my iphone. But when using spotify on the same phone the A9 speaker does not show up as a chromecast device. It only show up as a spotify connect device.

I am having the same problem. When I first installed the A9 I was able to select the built-in chromecast over spotify connect and was able to incorporate A9 into my home group of speakers (all speakers in the house). Now it only connects with spotify connect and doesn't play in the home group. It is not listed on the home group in Google home app anymore. How can I use the chromecast again?
