Collection dissapeared

Collection dissapeared

My collection is no more. I tried logging out then back in but this did not fix the issue. I am very upset with the customer service and cannot believe that posting hear is my only source of help from the company. In need of my music asap and will be taking my business elsewhere depending on the time it takes to get my music back. This should not happen when I am paying 10 bucks a month.

I recommend reaching out to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
