Control Ipod from Android

Control Ipod from Android

I have an ipod touch 5grn plugged in my Ipod Hi-FI. So I control it with my Galaxy S5 and works fine. So that when the music is stopped the ipod disconnects and becomes unavailable to android, and only back to work when I unlock the screen.
Any idea?

@RodrigoRGL You can go to iPod Settings and set the auto-lock option to off (full details below) so that the screen doesn't switch off and the app will not get closed so you can continue to use Spotify Connect.

Do note that your iPod may drain more battery than usual in such circumstances.

Disable Auto-Lock Mode iPhone
You can go to your iPhone Settings and set the Auto-Lock mode to "Never" - so that your device won't go to standby mode.

Set the amount of time before iPhone locks
Go to iPhone Settings > General > Auto-Lock and choose “Never"

Unfortunately it did not work. I have disabled the code and the screen lock, worked well, but when I stop the music by android, ipod immediately become unavailable to play.

That's absurd. Can you try restarting and logging out and in on both devices?

Edit: Restarting the phone that is - so that they will reconnect to the network.
