My Question or Issue

I have an issue with my iPod touch where whenever I try to play a song from search. It'll give me an error that reads Couldn't open link- Spotify can't open this type of link on this device. I have signed out of my account, deleted the app and reinstalled it to no avail. It's been showing up for a few weeks now, despite always being on the latest update. Anyone have any clue how to rectify this?

Could you let us know the exact version of Spotify you're running? If possible, try logging in to another account (a friend's or a relative's would do) to see if the issue persists there as well.
