Cover Art/Local files/iPad

It has been 2 or 3 years that I am fighting for having my cover arts of my local files on my IPad !! They are all very well (cover arts) on my music in ITunes , these local files are sometimes with the cover Art on Spotify on my IMac but very rarely on my IPad. 

Why Spotify does not import the cover art from iTunes to the local file of Spotify SIMPLY and PROPERLY !!!

Album art for local files work fine for me with the iOS app.

This used to be a bug in the past, but has since been fixed.

When is the last time you did a reinstall of the Spotify app on your iPad?

It might be worth it to try reinstalling the iPad app and resyncing the local files over to see if album art will work.
