Daily Mixes Not Shuffling/Several Same Playlists

My Question or Issue

Daily mixes are supposed to change daily... right? Mine haven't in over a week. And I have several playlists of all the same music. 

Tried the uninstall/reinstall. Nothing. tech support said to start a new account which was a BS answer

Could you try using the Remove Offline Devices and Sign Out Everywhere options from your Spotify account page?

Also, what do you mean by 'And I have several playlists of all the same music.'?
