Delete songs in a playlist that I have already listened to? Or...

I want to delete the songs in a playlist that I have already listened to. Is there any easy way to do that? Like a history view then bulk delete?

Alternatively, is there a way to shuffle play so that each song is only played once?

I basically want to listen to the playlist on shuffle but only hear each song once.
