Devices lock screen toggle not working

Hey Community,

The Devices lock screen option when toggled off, shouldn't let me control the now playing music, even show me that wizard on the lock screen. I've been experiencing this issue for 2 or 3 months ago already and I don't see any fix for this issue.

This is not so critical but it's annoying, is anybody experiencing the same?

Quick facts about this issue:

- I can't control the volume on an external device;

- I can skip the song;

- I can control the music time;
