Discover feature for ipad

Does the Discover music feature exist on the ipad?  I found it on my ipone but not ipad.  It's probably staring me right in the face.

It should be there, although you won't be able to see it if you still have What's New showing (since discover is the replacement)?

I still see the "what's new" feature on the left hand menu bar.  How do I get Discover to appar?

The release notes for 0.7.1 say:

Ever find yourself wondering what to play on Spotify? Introducing the new Discover experience on iPhone. (Coming soon to everyone.)

This suggests that Discover is an iPhone only feature, and not available at all in the iPad version? Is this correct, or are the release notes just confusingly written?
