Downloaded 'external' songs stay greyed out

Hey,

as stated above I have th issue of local files being downloaded but then staying greyed out on my phone. I know they are downloaded since I set up a playlist for testing which got downloaded immediately, also indicated by the green arrows on my phone. However, if I try playing set songs I get the message they are not downloaded and I can cancel or learn how to sync files which brings me back to where I came from.

I recently had to reset my phone which caused this issue (everything else is completely fine).
