Downloaded only 10 s of the track?

When I download playlist for offline listening, some tracks seem to get only partialy downloaded - about 10 first seconds. The dowloaded tag us green. However when playing offline, only first 10 seconds are played, then it stops.

Something similar happened to me a few days ago, the song was downloaded but only played for 2 seconds, then stopped, if I was connected to WiFi or mobile data it played the whole song.

I deleted the song from the playlist and added it again, that solved the problem.
