Downloaded songs NOT staying.

I've tried multiple times to download my playlist on my iPhone, with my Spotify Premuium. Every time I go to offline mode after downloading all my songs, NONE are downloaded. I've wasted a ton of time waiting for them to download multiple times.
If this isn't fixed or explained asap I would like my $9.99 refunded. This is the ONLY reason I got premiumz

I think we have the same problem, but for others to help you out it would be helpfull if you state what version of IOS you're using, what phone you have and the version of spotify you're on. Maybe some of the basic troubleshooting is enough.

iPhone 5S iOS 10

I have tried reinstalling Spotify, changing every setting, and have re-downloaded all the songs on my playlist after every change. Still nothing.

Totally sucks. I have the same problem, though with an iphone 4 on IOS 9. I really hoped your problem would be different, but I'm afraid I can't help. Let's hope someone else can.

Hey!

Good news! I found a possible solution while searching through the threads.

"You should keep an eye on the 'Offline devices' listed in your account settings. The same device may be added several times which may make your offline downloads to reset. Delete any duplicate or unrecognized devices you may see."

I did indeed have my iPhone added twice, I solved that problem so hopefully the problem is solved now.Tell me whether this works for you!
