Downloaded songs getting deleted

Hello,

 For some reason (and it’s happened 3x already this week) all my downloaded songs get erased and I need to re-download them. They are still in my personal library but can’t be listened offline unless I download them again. Also when I’m listening through my car, playing my playlist on shuffle, after one song it goes off shuffle. 

— I noticed this happen either when my phone turns off by itself (battery dies) or when placed on wireless charger on my car and while phone is dead and needing to charge to start up.

— one of the times I was fully logged out of Spotify. 

Anyone have any ideas as to how to resolve this issue? It might not sound like a big deal but it’s getting really annoying.
