My Question or Issue

The equalizer is turning off on its own.   It is showing as if it is on but as soon as i touch on graph with frequency settings it changes to on.  This is happening when im listening in my 2018 Civic through Carplay if it makes a difference.  Tried updating spotify app but did not help.

Hey @darrenb79.

Glad to hear it!

Let us know if there's anything else we can help with 😉

It has not been fixed yet. I am using version 8.5.28.1046 on an iPhone 7 Plus using the latest iOS software update. I am from Norway.

.

Man, screw their support.

Just jailbreak using uncover/checkra1n and install EQE(https://eqe.fm/) - it's system-wide equalizer, works pretty darn good.
