Error that playback is paused because spotify being used elsewhere

Help!  Anything I can do to fix this?  I usually keep spotify on in the background all the time on my home pc.  Then I listen on my phone when I go out.  Never had a problem before.  Now I'm getting this error message on my phone that playback has been paused because my spotify account is in use elsewhere.  Even after I logged out of my account on my home pc.
