FORD SYNC 3 Spotify app

So...the Spotify app works fine on my phone (iphone 6), when I connect it via usb to my car running SYNC 3 it connects fine, I can go into the Spotify app via SYNC 3 and select a song to play which is also all fine...BUT there is a very small percentage of Artists, Songs, Playlists diaplayed compared to on my phone, out of the hundreds of artists I have listed only 3 are displayed.

I have the latest version of FORD SYNC and Spotify on my phone. I can select anything I want from my phone and it will play through the car and display on the car version of the app for example if I want to listen to Metallica via the SYNC app they are not on there but I can select them on my phone and play, at this point the cars screen shows Im listening to Metallica but they still dont show up in a list.
