How can i connect my doughters account with mine after upgrading to a family account?

Hi,

I am a family account administrator, and I'm trying find the invite button after following decsription on the above mentioned family faq.
But it just isn't there.
(Yes, I have tried different web browsers and computers, but it just isn't visible.)
What should I do?
