Follow Artist Button on iPad -- Where is it?

I've deleted and then re-installed the latest Spotify app for my iPad 4 running on iOS 7.0.4 and for the life of me, I can't find a way to follow an artist -- what am I missing? (It works GREAT on my iPhone)

The iPad version of the app is horribly out of sync with the features for iPhone - one the reasons I'm considering canceling my premium subscription.

I'm right there with you; however, 90% of my sync'd music comes from Spotify now (I love not using iTunes!)
